Lower back pain
Lower back pain can be extremely debilitating and is a very common problem. 80% of people will have lower back pain at some point in their lives. A small percentage of lower back pain will have a specific cause that can be seen on an X-ray, MRI or blood test. Most lower back pain involves inflamed joints and muscle which do not show on images and in blood tests.
Research shows that a number of approaches can help lower back pain. Exercise, weight loss (if overweight), painkillers and spinal manipulation have all been shown to help people with lower back pain. Although very effective, a lot of people find that spinal manipulation may alleviate their lower back pain but not get rid of it long term.
Ireland's Ultimate lower back pain solution
Most spinal manipulation involves the lumbar joints where the pain often manifests. William Hauxwell has spent the last 16 years perfecting a unique approach to manipulating sacroiliac joints (large joints in the pelvis) where the real problem is not just where the symptoms are. Even people with years of lower back pain will be pain-free after just 4 or 5 sessions.
William Hauxwell is dedicated to teaching others how to treat lower back pain in this way. He teaches this method for treating lower back pain in Osteopathic Colleges in Ireland and the UK.
